11ck Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User" or "Player") and 11ck ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 11ck platform located at 11ck.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

These Terms apply to all games, services, promotions, and features available on 11ck, including but not limited to cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, cockfighting, and fishing games. These Terms are supplemented by any specific promotion terms, game rules, or additional policies published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplemental terms, the supplemental terms shall take precedence only with respect to the specific product or promotion they describe.

Access to and use of 11ck is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you use the Platform.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using online gaming services.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• All personal information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and up to date.

11ck reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Accounts opened in violation of eligibility requirements are void and any funds held in such accounts are subject to forfeiture following investigation.

To access the full range of 11ck services, you must register a single account using a valid Bangladesh mobile number. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one 11ck account. Opening a second account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time verification codes. 11ck will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify 11ck immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• 11ck may, at its sole discretion, request KYC identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

Account balances are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 11ck does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are calculated and displayed in BDT.

11ck supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all supported payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and are subject to change without notice.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to successful KYC verification where required. 11ck does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
• 11ck reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending verification, fraud investigation, or suspected breach of these Terms. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

11ck does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (mobile wallet operator or bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 11ck's control. Players are advised to review their payment provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.

11ck periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full rollover amount has been wagered. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are awarded for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or assigning a bonus to another player is not permitted and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 11ck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus wagering in progress will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time the bonus was claimed.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the relevant promotion terms. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the bonus and any derived winnings being voided.

The welcome bonus, where available, is offered to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. A qualifying deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold specified in the welcome bonus promotion terms. Players who have previously held a 11ck account under any identity are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 11ck. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and any balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any other tool designed to provide an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a Platform error are void and will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or event offered on 11ck.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or other financial crime.
• Opening or using an account on behalf of a third party, or allowing any other person to use your account credentials to access 11ck.

11ck employs real-time risk monitoring and fraud detection systems. The Platform reserves the right to void bets, freeze accounts, and withhold funds pending investigation of any suspected prohibited conduct. All decisions regarding prohibited conduct made by 11ck are final.

11ck is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. The Platform provides tools including voluntary self-exclusion, deposit limit settings, and account time-out features. All content on the 11ck platform — including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual materials, game interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 11ck or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 11ck.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 11ck, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if 11ck has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11ck does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Platform at all times. The Platform may be subject to temporary interruptions due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond 11ck's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or acts of government. 11ck shall not be liable for any loss suffered by a player as a result of Platform unavailability during such periods.

11ck reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform. Where changes are material, 11ck will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or email address with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to 11ck's customer support team at [email protected] for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available under Bangladeshi law. Nothing in this clause limits 11ck's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
